Therefore, there will be a formation of a US LLC operating company for each successfully drilled well. That well then passes into ownership of the new operating company.

Each investor (partner) will become a titled registered owner according to his percentage participation in the new operating LLC. In addition, the plant equipment can be depreciated systematically and offers the highest possible security for your investment as an investor.

The LLC will be formed as a business partnership and thus is compliant with German tax laws and those of all other countries that are in consensus with double tax treaty.

Furthermore, this is the easiest way to sell your participation if desired because you would otherwise need the notarized consent of other shareholders and as a result you would need to appear personally before a notary.
